Hakka Mee (or noodles) is a Chinese noodle dish whereby flat yellow noodles is sprinkled lavishly with minced meat, spring onions and meat gravy. There are only two great stalls left in Seremban, where you can get to savour authentic Hakka mee; and this is one of them.

Beef noodle recipes from Seremban Market, has its origin in Hainan China. Today there are few such stalls in Seremban. The dish comes with ‘Lai Fun’(the laksa version of noodles) topped with beef tendon, tripe, meat, peanut and salted vegetable doused with spice-laden gravy.
