This fair is for travel agency, Tourism Organizations, state tourism boards, transportation companies as well as other related tourism product and services providers from local and overseas to promote their products and services to the consumers.

This fair also provides the ideal platform for the business to network among each other.

MATTA Selangor Chapter has been organizing SMITF since 2008.

SMITF visitors keep increasing year by year and SMITF was recognized as the “Malaysia’s Largest Islamic Travel Fair”

It has managed to attract more than 20,000 visitors during its 2011, 2012 & 2013 edition and for this year, MATTA Selangor Chapter is targeting 30,000 visitors with estimated sales of more than RM20 million to be generated during the 3 days fair.

SMITF 2014 will endeavor to assist travel industry players in providing significant exposures to their companies and travel products. At the same time the event provides the consumers the convenience to choose packages be it for leisure, Umrah or Hajj, that suit their individual needs under one roof.
