This annual cultural fest showcases the very best from the northern state of Kelantan with timeless traditions of Seni Silat Tari (martial arts), Wayang Kulit (shadow play), Dikir Barat, Rebana (giant drums), Gasing Uri (top spinning), Kertok, etc. Satellite fests will also be held at various shopping malls throughout Kelantan in concurrence with the Batik, Songket and Crafts Festival.
