25- 30 May  2015 - Pantai  Genting Tumpat Kelantan

In 2014 as many as 33 participants from 16 countries including United States of America, New Zealand, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Macau, China and others. Local participants from Malaysia numbered 120 people. This programme is expected to boost the community working in the hospitality industry, food as well as Small and Medium Industries society within Malaysia in general, and specifically Kelantan.
